About Our Learning Resources

1. What is PrepWellForLife?

PrepWellForLife creates illustrated Knowledge Banks and practice resources designed to make learning simpler, more engaging and easier to understand.

Our resources combine child-friendly explanations, colourful illustrations and thoughtfully designed questions to help children Learn • Understand • Practise • Prepare.

2. Which classes and educational boards do you cover?

We currently offer learning resources for Classes 1, 2 and 3, covering CBSE and ICSE curricula.

Our collection includes Mathematics, Environmental Studies, Science and World Around Us resources, depending on the class and board.

We are working towards expanding our collection to additional classes and subjects.

3. Are your Knowledge Banks official CBSE or ICSE textbooks?

No. PrepWellForLife is an independent educational-resource provider.

Our Knowledge Banks are designed with reference to the relevant curriculum and learning requirements, but they are not official publications of, or endorsed by, CBSE, CISCE or NCERT.

They are supplementary resources intended to be used alongside prescribed textbooks and classroom teaching.

4. How are PrepWellForLife Knowledge Banks different from regular textbooks?

Our Knowledge Banks focus on making concepts easier to understand and practise.

They bring together clear explanations, relatable examples, illustrations and practice questions in a structured format.

Rather than simply presenting information, they encourage children to understand concepts, apply what they learn and develop greater confidence.

5. Who develops and reviews your educational content?

Our learning resources are developed through a structured process involving curriculum mapping, content development, illustrations and practice questions.

Every Knowledge Bank is reviewed, proofread and finalised by Namitha, our Learning Champion, who brings four years of classroom teaching experience and a passion for understanding children's learning needs.

Her review focuses on conceptual clarity, age-appropriate explanations, meaningful illustrations and useful practice.

6. Can parents use these books to teach their children at home?

Absolutely!

Our Knowledge Banks are designed to support parents who want to help their children understand school concepts, revise lessons or practise independently.

The explanations, illustrations and exercises make it easier for parents to guide children through learning activities at home.

7. Can I see sample pages before purchasing?

Yes. Where available, our product listings include preview images showing actual pages from the Knowledge Banks, such as the contents, explanations, illustrations and practice questions.

We encourage you to review these previews to understand the book's content and presentation style before purchasing.

8. What is the difference between a Knowledge Bank and a Printable Worksheet Pack?

Illustrated Knowledge Banks are supplementary learning resources that combine concept explanations, examples, illustrations and practice questions.

Printable Worksheet Packs focus on additional practice and reinforcement of selected learning skills.

Knowledge Banks help children understand and practise concepts, while worksheet packs provide additional opportunities for practice.

9. Are the books available in printed format?

Our products are currently offered in digital format.

We do not ship physical books.

You can access the purchased materials electronically and, subject to the product's usage terms, print pages for personal or household educational use.

10. Can the ebooks be used on a mobile phone, tablet or computer?

Most of our educational resources are supplied as PDF files, unless otherwise specified on the product page.

PDF files can generally be opened on smartphones, tablets, laptops and desktop computers using compatible PDF-reading software.

For the best reading experience, especially with illustrations and detailed exercises, a tablet or computer may be more convenient.

11. Can I print the ebooks and worksheets?

Yes. Purchased materials may be printed for personal and household educational use, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

You may print relevant pages or worksheets for your child's learning and practice.

Redistribution, resale, public sharing or printing copies for distribution to other families or institutions is not permitted without appropriate permission.

12. Do your Knowledge Banks include practice questions?

Yes. Practice is an important part of our learning approach.

Our Knowledge Banks include questions and activities designed to reinforce understanding and encourage children to apply what they learn.

The types and number of questions vary by book.

Ordering and Digital Delivery

13. How will I receive my ebook after purchasing?

Once your payment is successfully confirmed and your order is processed, your digital product will normally be made available automatically.

Depending on the delivery method configured for the product, you may receive a download link by email or access the download through the order confirmation page.

Please use a valid email address when placing your order.

14. How long does it take to receive my ebook?

Digital products are normally made available automatically after successful payment confirmation.

Occasionally, payment verification or technical issues may cause a delay.

If you have not received access to your purchase, please contact us at contact@prepwellforlife.in with your order details.

15. What should I do if I haven't received my download link or cannot open the file?

First, check your email inbox, including your spam or junk folder, for any order confirmation or download instructions.

If you still cannot access your purchase, email us at contact@prepwellforlife.in with your order number and the email address used during checkout.

We will help investigate the issue and make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide the correct file.

16. Are there any shipping or delivery charges?

Our ebooks and printable worksheets are digital products, so no physical shipping is required.

There are no courier or physical delivery charges for digital products.

The final payable amount, including any applicable taxes, will be displayed during checkout.

Refunds and Support

17. Can I cancel my order or request a refund?

Because our products are digital, cancellations and refunds are handled differently from physical-product returns.

You may request cancellation before accessing or downloading the purchased material, subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Refunds may also be available in circumstances such as duplicate payments, unresolved delivery failures, defective files or incorrect products.

A change of mind after successfully accessing or downloading a product generally does not qualify for a refund, without affecting applicable statutory consumer rights.
