Our products are intended primarily for students, parents, teachers and individuals supporting children's learning.

2. Digital Products

All products are supplied in digital format unless explicitly stated otherwise.

No physical products will be shipped unless expressly specified on the relevant product page.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, class, curriculum board, subject and format before completing a purchase.

3. Educational Purpose and Curriculum Alignment

5. Digital Delivery

Following successful payment and order processing, digital products will be made available through the delivery method specified during checkout or in the order confirmation.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring that they can access the digital products using compatible software and devices.

6. Licence and Permitted Use

When purchasing a digital product from PrepWellForLife, the customer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased material for personal, household and individual educational purposes.

Permitted uses include:

• Reading and studying the purchased material.

• Downloading and storing the material for personal educational use.

• Printing reasonable copies of worksheets or relevant pages for use by the purchaser or children within the purchaser's household.

• Using the material to support personal tutoring or home learning, without distributing copies to other households or students.

The purchase does not transfer ownership of the copyright or other intellectual property rights in the material.

7. Prohibited Use and Distribution

Unless prior written permission is obtained from PrepWellForLife, customers may not:

• Resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the purchased material.

• Upload or share the files on public websites, file-sharing platforms, messaging groups or social media.

• Distribute copies to other individuals, families, students or institutions.

• Remove copyright notices, branding or ownership information.

• Reproduce or adapt substantial portions of the content for publication or sale.

• Include the content in another commercial product, course, workbook or digital resource.

Schools, coaching centres, tutors or other organisations wishing to distribute resources to multiple students should obtain appropriate written permission or institutional licensing.

Nothing in these terms limits rights permitted under applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All original text, illustrations, graphics, layouts, worksheets, branding and other original materials published by PrepWellForLife are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

All rights not expressly granted to customers remain reserved by the relevant rights holders.

Third-party names, trademarks and educational-board references belong to their respective owners.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Digital purchases are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Generally, orders cannot be cancelled once the purchased digital content has been accessed or downloaded. However, refund requests involving duplicate payments, non-delivery, defective files, incorrect products or other eligible circumstances will be reviewed under that policy.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts consumer rights available under applicable law.
