Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: 21 October 2026
At PrepWellForLife, we want every customer to have a positive experience with our educational resources.
As our products are supplied digitally, our refund and cancellation policy differs from that applicable to physical goods.
1. Nature of Digital Products
PrepWellForLife sells downloadable educational materials, including ebooks and printable worksheets.
Digital products cannot ordinarily be returned in the same manner as physical products once they have been accessed or downloaded.
2. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before the digital product has been accessed or downloaded.
Cancellation requests should be sent promptly to contact@prepwellforlife.in with the order number and registered email address.
If the order has not been accessed or downloaded, we will review the request and process cancellation where eligible.
Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, cancellation for a simple change of mind is generally not available.
3. Refund Eligibility
Customers may be eligible for a refund in circumstances including:
-
Duplicate payment: The customer is charged more than once for the same intended purchase.
-
Non-delivery: The purchased digital product cannot be delivered or accessed, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable period.
-
Defective file: The purchased file is corrupted, incomplete or unusable, and a functional replacement cannot be provided.
-
Incorrect product: A product different from the purchased item is delivered, and the correct item cannot be provided.
-
Materially inaccurate description: The delivered product differs materially from the description provided at the time of purchase.
-
Other applicable circumstances: A refund is required under applicable consumer-protection law.
We may first offer to correct a technical problem or supply the correct or functional file, where appropriate and acceptable under applicable law.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are generally not available for:
-
A change of mind after successfully accessing or downloading a product.
-
Purchasing a different class, board or subject despite the correct product details being clearly displayed before purchase, where no statutory refund entitlement applies.
-
Dissatisfaction based solely on personal preferences when the product substantially matches its published description.
-
Inability to use the product due to a customer's incompatible device or software, where compatibility information was clearly disclosed.
These conditions do not override applicable statutory consumer rights.
5. How to Request a Refund
Please email contact@prepwellforlife.in and include:
-
Your order number.
-
The email address used for the purchase.
-
The name of the purchased product.
-
A brief description of the problem.
-
Relevant screenshots or error messages, where available.
We recommend contacting us within seven calendar days of purchase so that issues can be resolved promptly.
This seven-day period is a customer-support guideline and does not restrict any longer period or remedy available under applicable law.
6. Review and Resolution
We will acknowledge customer complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them as promptly as possible, ordinarily within one month.
Where a refund is approved, we will initiate it through the original payment method wherever feasible.
The time taken for the refund to appear in the customer's account will depend on the payment provider, bank and applicable payment-processing procedures.
We will communicate the refund status to the customer.
7. Technical Assistance
Before requesting a refund due to a download problem, customers are encouraged to contact us for assistance.
We will make reasonable efforts to restore access, resend the download instructions or provide a functional replacement file where appropriate.
